I want to make umeboshi from scratch one day too!


今週は暑い日が続きそう。 今日は短パンで出勤です 笑

この暑い時期を逃してはいかん!  今朝、梅を干してきました。

今年の梅は粒が大きい。 直径4センチぐらいある。

いつものように籠にのせて~~~  今年は赤紫蘇を沢山いれたので、真っ赤な梅干になりました。 皮の状態も最高です。

本当にキレイな紫赤が出てます。 うれしいな。  この天候なら3日間も干す必要はないかもしれません。 お昼過ぎ、家に戻ってひっくり返してみます。(会社が近くなったので、こういうことが出来る!幸せだ~)
