1 0r 8 Restaurant in Williamsburg

This past weekend we tried 1 or 8 Japanese restaurant in Williamsburg.  The layout of the restaurant is interesting. When you are outside it looks like it is just a counter restaurant but once you enter the restaurant and walk inside a little bit, it’s actually a rather large restaurant.

We ordered the tsukemono salad, chirashi sushi and vegetable sushi.  The idea of the vegetable sushi was really interesting.  It’s a great option for vegans!  I’d like to try making this at home sometime.
